產品特性:
又名細葉香芹、茴芹。繖形花科一年生植物，原產於中亞、東歐地區，性喜冷涼；耐暑性不佳，適合秋季或早春播種。葉片帶有甘草、茴香調的甜香，氣味細膩不過於濃郁，多用於法式料理最後的調味，除了可直接摘採新鮮葉片使用，短時間用不完亦可冷凍保存。
