產品特性：
性狀強健，除了氣溫低的時候外，幾乎整年皆可栽培，栽種相當容易。為極早生種的小型蕪菁，播種後約50~60天即可收成。根為圓潤的純白色球型，直徑約4~5公分，肉質柔軟帶有甜味，風味相當好，適合生食或煮食。葉子也是營養豐富的蔬菜，可以炒食或醃漬。更詳細的栽培資訊可參考延伸閱讀。
